E-Comm Account Manager

The E-Comm Account Manager is responsible for managing accounts with efficient, responsive communication, building and maintaining robust relationships throughout the course of each campaign.

The E-Comm  Account Manager role includes working with multiple clients in a fast paced, creative focused environment. They should have a strong focus on retention of clients, as well as creating additional opportunities for current clients. The Account Manager role will have a blend of office and remote settings while collaborating and meeting with fellow team members, as well as having virtual and in-person meetings with clients.

The Account Manager reports directly to the Director of AccountServices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust, meaningful relationships and client rapport.
  • Develop strong  knowledge of clients, their goals and marketing objectives.
  • Able to work closely  with the digital, production and graphic design teams.
  • Internal management of  priorities, tasks, and projects.
  • Utilize project  management skills to ensure communication is clear for both internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in weekly  account meetings.
  • Delivers month to date  efficiency reports to clients with weekly updates on campaign performance and opportunities to grow.
  • Remains current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other industry information.
  • Meets with their clients on at least a monthly basis to discuss performance and new opportunities aligned with their marketing goals.


  • 4 years of E-commerce Marketing experience

  • Knowledge of Shpoify and other E-comm platforms

  • An understanding of  ads management on Facebook, and Instagram. TikTok and/or Pinterest is a  plus.
  • Experience running as campaigns with a ROAS focus and optimization.
  • A passion for discovering the latest social media trends
  • Measure and analyze performance
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment
  • 4+ years of experience in an account manager and/or client-facing role required
  • Demonstrates high-level of professionalism with clients and colleagues
  • Superior project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Solution oriented and an effective problem solver
  • Experience communicating and juggling tasks within multiple platforms (Slack, Asana, Office     360 & others)
  • Agency experience  preferred
